"Colour for me is a living language, a vehicle for my emotions as I shape my inner experience. My paintings are inner landscapes. They aim at touching the senses and at evoking a reality beyond the visible world."

A graduate of the College of Art and of the ISIS expressive art therapy program, Janine teaches painting at her studio and shares her passion for the creative imagination by facilitating workshops on creativity for various art groups and retreat centres. She is a member of the Society of Canadian Artists, Toronto Watercolour Society and the Milkweed Collective. A recipient of many awards, her work is represented in private and corporate collections in Canada and abroad.
