She has been involved in arts and crafts from her earliest years. Having started painting in 2001, she continues to learn about the use of oils, water-colours and pastels by participating in workshops. Angela has studied with various instructors including Doug Purdon, and is experimenting with different media, at present with acrylic.

Angela is an Elected Member of the Society of Canadian Artists and an active member of the Ajax Creative Arts, as well as belonging to several other arts groups.

Angela's main influence would be Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven, whose vitality she attempts to emulate.

Angela has won awards in juried art shows, and her work is in many private collections in Canada, the U.S. and Germany.
